South Africa: Zuma acknowledges toll burden on commuters (video)

President Jacob Zuma said the open-tolling system will assist government to obtain revenue that will be utilised to improve road infrastructure. He acknowledged that the tolling would place an additional burden on commuters

SABC now reaches over 20-million South Africans through 18 radio stations and three television stations, who spend an average of 3 hours per day watching SABC TV and 22 hours listening to SABC radio.
