The Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) and the Government of Zimbabwe yesterday signed an agreement under which the bank will extend a grant of US$1 million to cover the costs of a feasibility study on the Harare-Masvingo-Beitbridge highway.
The feasibility study will enable the Government to come up with a bankable project proposal to be used to source funding for the upgrading of the existing single carriageway to a dual carriageway.
