The Infrastructure Consortium for Africa (ICA) will hold a meeting with a specific focus on enhancing provate sector participation in the water sector in Africa. We call for participants from sponsors, concessionaires, contractors, financiers, transaction advisors and public sector officials and senior experts from the donor community.
