The 13th Annual Meeting of the Infrastructure Consortium for Africa (ICA), took place in Rome, Italy, on 19 and 20 October 2017.
The theme was “Toward Smart and Integrated Infrastructure for Africa - An agenda for digitalisation, decarbonisation and mobility”.
