A Situational Analysis was conducted of Beitbridge Border Post between Zimbabwe and South Africa. This involved engaging on the ground stakeholder both public and private to establish their exact functions at the border post and the challenges they faced as well as establishing information regarding the existing infrastructure, services available and ICT infrastructure available on both sides of the border post, the results of which are now being made available through this report.
