Launched in 2010, the Africa-EU Renewable Energy Cooperation Programme (RECP) aims to overcome the existing constraints and barriers in developing renewable energy, and to exploit new opportunities in this sector. The RECP 2020 Strategy offers details on how the programme will move forward.
